Arrival day

Students without accommodation in agreement: arrivals from 09:00 to 13:00 under the arcades of Villa Baruchello, via Belvedere, 63821 Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM)

-oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn arrivals 24 July

Students who use accommodation in convention: arrivals in the afternoon / evening directly at the Hotel Belvedere (see below)

Departure day

The accommodation in convention is booked until your departure:

piano, flute and harp July 24 morning

-oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn July 27 morning

The agreement stipulated with the Hotel Belvedere https://www.hotelbelvederepse.com/ – via Belvedere 1 Porto S. Elpidio – 100 meters from Villa Baruchello and 200 meters from the sea, provides for students of the Villa Baruchello Summer Academy courses:

-in hotel accommodation in multiple room (air conditioning, fridge, TV, wi-fi) with breakfast for n. 5 nights (arrival July 19 – departure July 24: € -150.00.

-in hotel accommodation in multiple room and breakfast for n. 4 nights (arrival 23 July – departure 27 July) at € -120.00.

– In a 3-beds apartment (only if 3 students who require hospitality in an apartment join) 5 nights (arrival July 19 – departure July 24) € 100.00

Meals in agreement with the Hotel Belvedere restaurant:

– € 13.00 per complete meal (first course, second course, side dish, 1/2 water, 1/4 wine)

– € 10.00 for first or second course, side dish, 1/2 water, 1/4 wine.

In consideration of the limited number of places in the agreement, it is advisable to confirm the booking as soon as possible, since it is high season, it is extremely difficult to find alternative accommodation at low prices.

Information on the courses and events calendar: once you have paid the participation fee, upon arrival you will be given the participant card and all the information regarding your course and the calendar of events.

Course dates

Official inauguration of the Villa Baruchello Summer Academy 2020 courses and their start on Monday 20 July, 9.30 am at Villa Baruchello, via Belvedere Porto S. Elpidio.

MASTERCLASSES AUGUST 2020 17-23

Arrival day

Students without accommodation in agreement: 17 August from 09.00 to 13.00 under the arcades of Villa Baruchello, via Belvedere, 63821 Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM).

For the balance of the course participation fee you can pay directly on arrival in cash (in Euros, other currencies or checks are not accepted) or before arrival by bank transfer.

Students who use accommodation in agreement. August 16 afternoon / evening at Villa Baruchello – via Belvedere Porto S. Elpidio. The agreement provides for accommodation

– in apartment http://www.bandbvillinogiovanna.it/: 8 nights (arrival August 16 – departure August 24) € 160.00

-in hotel Belvedere https://www.hotelbelvederepse.com/ bed and breakfast for n. 8 nights (arrival August 16 – departure August 24) at € 260.00.

-in Hotel Il Gambero 4 * https://www.ristoranteilgambero.eu/ – overnight stay and breakfast for 8 nights (arrival August 16 – departure August 24) in a double room € 400.00 in a single room € 480.00

Arrival day

Students without accommodation in agreement: 24 August from 09.00 to 13.00 under the arcades of Villa Baruchello, via Belvedere, 63821 Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM).

Students who use accommodation in agreement. August 24 at Villa Baruchello – via Belvedere Porto S. Elpidio. The agreement provides for accommodation

– in apartment: 7 nights (arrival August 24 – departure August 31) € 140.00

-in hotel Belvedere https://www.hotelbelvederepse.com/ overnight in multiple rooms and breakfast for n. 7 nights (arrival August 24, departure August 31) at € 230.00.
